In 1964 JCPenney has a Barbie Tea Set that was just like the Montgomery Ward set.

It is a service of 4.  In blue and white.  Comes with plates, saucers, cups, goblets, bowls, fork, knives, spoons, tea pot with lid, napkin holder, salt & pepper.  This is the only year JCPenney did a Barbie tea set.

I believe that the list of shoes is correct. But Mattel used to exchange shoes for different if they were out. I would love to see a NRFB set. If you have one could you, please add it to the comment for everyone to see.

There were also exclusive for Sear and Wards. Some of the same pieces. Some pieces are mistaken for the other sets. The catalog pages can help us know what really went with each set.

Note the catalog page does not show the magazine rack.  But does show a waste bin.  Does any have the instructions? Does the box have Ideal or Tammy on it?
